I gained yoga teacher skills during the trip to India where I participated in many classes of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. I have started my own practise when I was 21 years.  Since then, I regularly explores the knowlegde of healing through yoga. Gosia is known for Vinyasa yoga classes, which allow you to feel the work of every muscle in your body. The intention that accompanies her during each class is a flexible and strong body , deep breathing , and thus oxygenated body and a sense of inner peace and harmony.  Gosia style is to combine intensive practice with silencing the final sequence. I want people to realize that they can change themselves at any moment. Yoga might help them in this, because it builds strength, discipline, perseverance and focus on the goal.
